I love my adopted dogs Sadie, Piper and Oliver, Kayaking, Snowboarding, Gardening, travel and anything that puts me in the sun! I was born and raised in London Ontario! At around the age of 18 I started living and working in the Rocky mountains, Vancouver, and the Cayman Islands. I returned to this beautiful city a number of years later and fell in love with real estate. I’ve been a real estate agent since 2016, since then I have purchased income properties, flips, successfully run Air B&B investments, and met my real estate partner Candace to form the Investing In London Team. My pride is finding dream homes, helping people grow their portfolios and investing in the future. London is great for its downtown entertainment, patios, and so many festivals! I really enjoy the amount of activities it has to offer in each season, from snowboarding at Boler Mountain to kayaking at Fanshawe Conservation, and the fall festivals that we put on… we really know how to savour the 4 full seasons we are so lucky to live with.

Hello, my name is Candace Keeling! I am a volunteer firefighter, lover of cheese, sushi, soccer, hiking, music festivals and travelling!

I have been a realtor since 2013, but have been involved in real estate as an investor since January 2010 when I was in third year at Western University and purchased my first home and student rental property. After that purchase I never looked back, real estate became my passion, when you do what you love, you never work a day in your life!

In July 2015 I got into AirBnB and was the first realtor in London, Ontario to specialize in AirBnb rental properties.
I like doing things in pairs; I am a dual-licensed realtor with the ability to operate in both Ontario and British Columbia. I am also fluent in both French and English!

Having lived in London my entire life I know all about it and its surrounding areas very well! I have been around for all of the market shifts. I moved to British Columbia a couple of years ago and purchasing another AirBnb property there. If you are thinking of relocating out of province I have lots of experience to help you out!

Hello, nice to e-meet you!
My name is Bridget Gatschene, the newest agent to join the Investing in London Realty Team. While I may have been registered as a Realtor in 2023, I have been involved in Real Estate for many years.

I purchased my first home in 2014, a 4-level detached backsplit in White Oaks that needed a lot of love. It was a great learning experience and allowed us to build some equity for our next home, a beautiful Byron home, which we decided to purchase and flip. After renovating and eventually selling it we were able to purchase our very first investment property in 2018 in SOHO, entering the exciting world of being landlords and property managers. We quickly found out, it is not a passive income stream as many may lead you to believe. But it worked out! As tenants moved out, we were able to do some much needed renovations to the building and learn how to qualify and place the right tenants as well as the ins and outs of the RTA (Residential Tenancies Act).

After doing substantial renovations, we refinanced and purchased a second investment property in 2020; a ten-unit just minutes away. We learned how valuable it was to have these properties close by for when issues inevitably arise
I had lost my job as a server at Cora’s when the pandemic hit. As things opened up I started looking for other jobs and eventually found my way to join the Investing in London Realty Team Administrative Assistant in May of 2021. We all clicked pretty quickly and after a couple of years behind the scenes I signed up for Humber College and started studying to become a Realtor, finally becoming officially registered in 2023.
When I'm not helping people reach their real estate goals I spend my time gaming and out with friends. I'm a big sucker for concerts, trying the newest restaurants, and travelling.

We were very nervous and totally exhausted with the idea of travelling to London every weekend from Toronto to explore houses-but Justin made it easy -he offered us video walkthroughs of the potential houses. He made sure when we came down to London, we had a couple of houses to explore just so as to utilize the full day judiciously. His keen eye for detail and understanding of our needs were commendable. His knowledge of the area was impressive, and he was able to use this to our advantage when negotiating. He was incredibly organized and always kept us informed. He found us the perfect home within our budget. Not only that, We were surprised how Justin went above and beyond in recommending us to the contractor/Painter we asked to touch up the house. We were also having the challenge of finding a lawyer. With Justin’s help, we found the right and trustworthy Lawyer. Since our closing was within 60 days, we did ask Justin to get a few things in order with regards to the exterior of the house though we are yet to be the owner of the home, it was very challenging.
